Stuffing Muffins have been a family tradition in our household for a long time. They would be the first thing our mother would bake in the morning to keep us from doing too much extra sampling in the kitchen. Its basically a fun twist on normal stuffing/dressing by adding breakfast sausage and putting them in a muffin pan. We decided to go the extra step and add in the smoky Lapsang Souchong. These would be great to make for any holiday party.
