With my birthday coming up on the 8th, here is a look into my favorite teas. I like almost every tea I come across, but I always love anything caramel and creamy the best.
This buttery sweet brew is sure to delight any caramel lover. The dark open leaf oolong provides a nutty smooth background for the sweetness of the caramel.
This is a green rolled oolong that tastes of creamy sweetness with every steeping. There are a few 'fake' milk oolongs out there that loose their milkiness after the first steeping because it is a flavoring. True milk oolongs should have no flavor added. There are rare, difficult to make, and therefor and little expensive. But they are so worth it for special occasions.
Nicolette's Oatmeal Cookie
This specialty blend includes holy basil, dandelion root, and cinnamon. It also has some detox properties. The taste is the best part though. Full bodied, rich, nutty, and tastes like a cookie. I especially enjoy this one in the winter to warm me up. It feels like you are drinking something strong, but its caffeine free!
